High-Performance Equipment and Appliances

EZ-Digester

The EZ-Digester is a portable, above ground floating dome type digester that is quick and simple to install. The EZ-Digester has specifically been designed to be used by individual households for both rural, as well as urban community applications. The digester has a capacity of 1.5m³ and can potentially digest up to 25kg of organic waste per day. This will provide enough biogas for a household to cook on for approximately 2 hours a day. Once the digester has been inoculated, it will keep producing biogas as long as suitable organic waste is added on a daily basis .

AGAMA BiogasPro 6™

The award winning AGAMA BiogasPro 6™ is a prefabricated biogas digester designed and manufactured in South Africa. An easy-to-install tank incorporates the feeding, gas storage, gas pressurisation and slurry development in a single unit. The BiogasPro 6 is highly reliable, with no moving parts prone to failure. All manufacturing quality assurance is performed in a controlled factory environment and therefore comes with a 3-year factory guarantee. BiogasPro 6 digesters are suitable for canteens, lodges, schools, clinics, smallholdings/farms and individual households. These can be buried underground as a permanent solution or containerized for future re-siting.

Bert Mobil (BM)

Bert Mobil (BM) are containerised biogas plants, ideal for food waste, animal slurry starting from 1 – 3 tons/day, producing 1,5-120 kW. Annually this means 12.900 – 559.000 kWh. The Bert Mobil is suitable for farm size biogas plants and large food plant applications. Bert Mobil also provides municipal waste solutions.
